Need to make an appointment?
Please call us to make an appointment (If you need to locate your nearest clinic, click here):
We’ll gather your information and set up your appointment with the clinic that’s most convenient for you.
If you’re a returning patient, we’ll make every effort to get you an appointment with the provider you’ve seen before.
We accept patients with all forms of insurance — including none.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, or private insurance. If you don’t have insurance or have little to no income, we’ll work with you to provide the care you need at a cost you can afford. If you qualify, your charges can be reduced on a sliding scale that’s based on your household income.
The fee for a medical visit can be as low as $50 to $100, depending on your income. For dental patients, the fee is $50. Any additional costs for dental care will depend on the services we provide and your income. We don’t accept personal checks, but you can pay with cash or money order. Our Topeka locations also accept credit or debit cards.
As a Federally Qualified Health Center/Clinic (FQHC), GraceMed promises we will serve all patients regardless of:
- National Origin
- Sexual Orientation
- Inability to Pay
