Insurance & Fees
We accept patients with all forms of insurance — including those who have no insurance.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, CHIP, or private insurance. If you don’t have insurance or have little to no income, we’ll work with you to provide the care you need at a cost you can afford. If you qualify, your charges can be reduced on a sliding scale that’s based on your household income.
The fee for a medical visit can be as low as $25, depending on your income. For dental patients, the fee is $50. Any additional costs for dental care will depend on the services we provide and your income. We don’t accept personal checks, but you can pay with cash or money order. Our Topeka locations also accept credit or debit cards, as well as HSA and FSA spending cards
