Hopecare
Making a difference you can live
Good health makes so many things possible in our lives. First and foremost among them is hope. Our focus at GraceMed is not just on treating illness and injury, but on restoring the hope of the fullness of life that our patients want to achieve. There are four ways that we believe Hopecare can make a difference for our patients and the communities where they live.
Access to healthcare is far too difficult for many of us because the cost of both the care and insurance is more than we can afford. GraceMed accepts all patients, insured and uninsured, providing sliding scale fees for some while providing charitable care for others that is partially funded by generous community donations. We also make access easier by dispersing our network of clinics to neighborhoods and rural communities that would otherwise be medical deserts.
At GraceMed, we provide a medical home where our patients can receive care for their whole health. This holistic approach is intended to help you heal, not just physically, but across the full range of your wellness and well-being. The quality of care that we provide meets the highest standards of the federal agencies who audit us. But we also want our patients to experience a quality of being cared for that underscores their priceless value and dignity.
We are a faith-based, nonprofit ministry devoted to sharing Christ’s love for all of us through the healthcare we provide. People of all faiths and none at all are always welcomed and respected at GraceMed. We also respect the privacy of your faith, but we hope that your experience at GraceMed will be one in which you can see the love God has for you confirmed in the way we minister to your healthcare needs.
Each of us is endowed with enormous potential to contribute to the lives of others. When some of us are marginalized, all of us suffer the loss of that potential. By reaching out to help restore the health of the underserved, GraceMed is making an impact that is felt throughout the communities we serve. We are returning potential employees to productive lives and their children to the classroom where they prepare for a brighter future. We are also making a substantial impact on the cost of healthcare for everyone by delivering care in our clinics to patients who would otherwise have to visit emergency rooms.
