Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am to 5pm.

The clinic has extended hours on Thursdays from 10am to 7pm.

Tim Bredehoft, PharmD

Tim Bredehoft, PharmD

Education:  University of Kansas

Specializing in patient care with an independent pharmacy background, Timothy (Tim) enjoys spending extra time with patients to reach their health care goals with pharmaceutical (pharmacist) care.  He also enjoys guiding and seeing the results of consistent, methodical change in patients when all health care practitioners work together for common goals.  In his free time, Tim loves to help coach (baseball, basketball) for his two boys and loves to spend time with his wife watching the boys play sports (soccer, basketball, flag football, and baseball).  He also enjoys playing and watching golf in his spare time.  He looks forward to serving you at GraceMed pharmacy.

Education: Flint Hills Technical College

Ruth has been a dental hygienist for three years. She loves being a hygienist primarily because of the wonderful people that she gets to meet. Ruth loves to see patients from all walks of life and is very grateful to be a part of their oral health journey. She enjoys cleaning teeth, educating patients on oral health, and working with the dental team to provide health services to those in need. In her spare time, Ruth loves to craft, paint, or spend time with her family.

Dr. Elie is relatively new to Kansas, previously practicing in South Carolina and Virginia. She is excited to join GraceMed, becoming a part of a great team, and providing podiatric care to the community. She loves to travel, spend time with her family and growing in her faith.

Education: University of New England College of Dental Medicine, University of Kansas

Dr. Huffman is a native Kansan. She enjoyed spending four years in Maine to attend dental school. Dr. Huffman's hobbies include snow skiing, hiking, baking, listening to music, and reading. She loves to smile, dance, and laugh. She is a wife and a mother to two sons.

Education: Emporia State University, University of Iowa College of Dentistry

Lacey enjoys getting to know her patients and improving their oral health. Her goal is to make them feel comfortable and at ease while in the dental chair. Lacey likes to educate her patients as much as possible so they can make informed decisions about their health. In her free time, Lacey loves playing tennis and going for walks with her husband and their dog. She's a big sports fan; You can always find her cheering for the Chiefs and the Royals.

Education: Northeastern State University, Oklahoma College of Optometry

Dr. Judd was born and raised in Northwestern Kansas. He did his undergraduate work at the Oklahoma Wesleyan University in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma before attending the Oklahoma College of Optometry at Northeastern State University. Dr. Judd has over 20 years experience in family practice optometry. He and his wife, Cindy, have two daughters and six grandchildren.

Amy came to Kansas from Wyoming with her husband of fifteen years. Her passions are working out, spending time with family and friends, and advocating for those who don't have a voice. She enjoys seeing the "Ah-ha" look on a person's face when they understand that they can do what they've set out to do, assisting them with finding resources and helping them through their concerns and life changes.

Jory became passionate about providing care for the underserved population during her outreach opportunities at MATC. This lead her to pursue a career in public health to continue to provide care and improve the oral health of her patients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her German Shepherd dog named Tucker.

Nurse Practitioner

Education: Washburn University 

Rochelle attended Washburn University where she received both my Bachelors of Science in Nursing as well as my Masters of Science in Nursing.  Rochelle has been a Nurse Practitioner for 15 years and enjoys forming relationships with patients. She feels that it is important to educate patients so they can be actively involved in their healthcare decision making.  Rochelle practices with patience, kindness, and professionalism.  In her spare time Rochelle enjoys spending time with her kids, relaxing at the lake, and reading.  

Cordelia Whitlatch, MD

Cordelia Whitlatch, MD

Education:  University of Kansas School of Medicine

Dr. Cordelia Whitlatch is a board-certified family physician. She attended medical school at the University of Kansas and residency at In His Image Family Medicine Residency Program in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Dr. Whitlatch’s practice includes primary care for all ages, from infants to older adults. She truly values getting to know her patients and taking care of families, and she strives to incorporate compassion, listening, and patient education in each visit. When not at work, Dr. Whitlatch enjoys being outdoors, listening to audiobooks, and spending time with her husband, Michael, and their two young sons. 

Candice Williams

Candice Williams

Education: Mississippi Delta Community College

Candice is married with two amazing little boys, two golden retrievers, three parakeets, two chickens, and one goldfish! Candice graduated from dental hygiene in Mississippi. While she is from Topeka, KS her husband is from Cleveland, MS.

After graduating, Candice completed an internship working for the state of Mississippi in their oral health division. The internship further solidified Candice’s passion for public health. Candice truly enjoys getting to know her patients and cultivating a relationship with them. She believes that everyone deserves access to care, and she strives to contribute to that mission every day.

Because of the lack of job opportunity in their respective occupations in Mississippi, Candice and her husband Paul decided to move to Topeka. After moving to Topeka, Candice worked in multiple roles as a dental hygienist. She has experience in clinical (in office) dental care in a private practice setting as well as working in public health as a dental outreach (in schools) hygienist.

Candice is very excited about joining GraceMed and their mission, in providing compassionate, accessible, and high-quality healthcare to Topeka, her hometown!
