When you call for an appointment, our Call Center representatives make every effort to get you into our schedule as efficiently as possible. They’ll also help you with any questions you may have about your appointment and make sure you’re prepared with any information you may need to bring with you.

How we make your care affordable.
GraceMed is for the insured and uninsured alike. We take everyone’s insurance, including Medicaid and Medicare. And if you’re uninsured and qualify based on the size of your family and household income, we can even apply discounts to your fee. If you qualify, we can even help you get affordable insurance for your family through Medicaid or the ACA Marketplace.

Once you become our patient at GraceMed, we want you to stay as informed as possible about your health. One option you have to stay informed is to register for access to our private, secure patient portal. Your provider can then use the portal to send you information specific to your care at GraceMed.
