We are a Christ-centered, non-profit community health center providing access to quality health care for all residents of Wichita, Sedgwick County and south central Kansas.
We accept Medicare, HealthWave, Medicaid and most commercial health insurances. People without health insurance are charged for services on a sliding fee scale based on household income. Browse through the menu options above or call us to see how we can help meet your health care needs.

New West-Side GraceMed Clinic is Now Open
The first community health clinic to serve folks in west Wichita opened on Monday, Januray 7, 2013 at Dodge Elementary School. Located at 4901 W. 1st St., not far from Towne West, the Dodge Family Clinic offers primary medical services for children, students, adults, and senior adults as well as dental hygiene services. Michelle Mueller, APRN, is our initial medical provider at this locaton. We are grateful to Dodge Principal Janet Jump for her support of this project and look forward to more school-based clinic projects with USD 259.
