Hours of operation
GraceMed Capitol Family Clinic is open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am to 5pm.
The clinic has extended hours on Thursdays from 10am to 7pm.
Our Capitol Family Clinic is located on the northwest corner of S.W. Huntoon and Lane, next to the Aaron Douglas Art Park.

Tiffany Blevins, LMSWBehavioral Health ConsultantEducation: Washburn University, University of KansasTiffany has lived in or around Topeka all of her life. She has worked in many health/mental health settings, most recently in hospice home care. Tiffany has 2 daughters, a son and 4 adorable grandchildren. When she’s not working, she likes spending time with her husband, family and their dog Mona. She also enjoys traveling, camping, reading, and of course, KU Jayhawks!
Holly Blick, RDH
Education: University of Missouri Kansas City
Holly became passionate about delivering care to underserved populations during her her time at UMKC-SOD. Her commitment to improving people's access to care and to improving their oral health led her to GraceMed, where she'll expand outreach efforts in Topeka. In her free time, Holly enjoys outdoor activities with her family. She's an active member of the community and in professional organizations, like the Kansas Dental Hygiene Association and the Oral Health Kansas Coalition.
Kelley Buell, APRNEducation: Middle Tennessee State University, School of NursingKelley is new to Kansas, moving here from Tennessee. Prior to GraceMed she provided primary care to the underserved in rural East Tennessee. Her goal is to provide quality healthcare to patients as well as develop a trusting relationship with them. Outside of GraceMed, Kelley enjoys spending time with her husband and children, cooking, and learning to drag race.
Cornelia Campbell MSN, APRN FWP-BCEducation: University of Pretoria, South Africa; Washburn University Cornelia started her nursing career in South Africa before settling down in northeast Kansas. She believes that everyone should have equal access to a trustworthy health care team and enjoys teaching patients to take better care of themselves. When not at work, Cornelia enjoys spending time with her husband and teenage children, gardening, traveling and walking her dogs.
John Day, PharmDEducation: University of Kansas John is a native Kansan and proud to be a Jayhawk. He has been working as a pharmacist for over 20 years and enjoys taking the time to counsel patients on the proper use of their medications as part of promoting health and wellness within the community. When he’s not helping patients, John spends time with his wife, 3 daughters, 1 son and 2 dogs. He enjoys traveling, golfing, computer programming, 3D printing, and attending Topeka Bible Church.
Bridgett Elie, DMPEducation: Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric MedicineDr. Elie is relatively new to Kansas, previously practicing in South Carolina and Virginia. She is excited to join GraceMed, becoming a part of a great team, and providing podiatric care to the community. She loves to travel, spend time with her family and growing in her faith.
Shawna Huffman, DMD
Education: University of New England College of Dental Medicine, University of Kansas
Dr. Huffman is a native Kansan. She enjoyed spending four years in Maine to attend dental school. Dr. Huffman's hobbies include snow skiing, hiking, baking, listening to music, and reading. She loves to smile, dance, and laugh. She is a wife and a mother to two sons.
Mark Judd, OD
Education: Northeastern State University, Oklahoma College of Optometry
Dr. Judd was born and raised in Northwestern Kansas. He did his undergraduate work at the Oklahoma Wesleyan University in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and at Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Oklahoma before attending the Oklahoma College of Optometry at Northeastern State University. Dr. Judd has over 20 years experience in family practice optometry. He and his wife, Cindy, have two daughters and six grandchildren.
Kaitlyn Modean, RDH
Education: Manhattan Area Technical College
Kaitlyn is passionate about helping patients improve their oral health. She's proud to be a part of the GraceMed family to help serve the underserved. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and being at the lake.
Lacey Randa, DDS
Education: Emporia State University, University of Iowa College of Dentistry
Lacey enjoys getting to know her patients and improving their oral health. Her goal is to make them feel comfortable and at ease while in the dental chair. Lacey likes to educate her patients as much as possible so they can make informed decisions about their health. In her free time, Lacey loves playing tennis and going for walks with her husband and their dog. She's a big sports fan; You can always find her cheering for the Chiefs and the Royals.
Jory Sweet, RDH
Education: Manhattan Area Technical College
Jory became passionate about providing care for the underserved population during her outreach opportunities at MATC. This lead her to pursue a career in public health to continue to provide care and improve the oral health of her patients. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her German Shepherd dog named Tucker.
Alicia Utley, DNPNewman University, Ft. Hays State UniversityAlicia’s passion is supporting patients and empowering them through all walks of life. She especially enjoys building relationships and working with patients to establish healthcare goals and making informed decisions regarding these goals. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and children and spending time outdoors.
Carrie Werst, APRNUniversity of KansasCarrie was born and raised in Lawrence. She brings over 20 years of experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner to the GraceMed team. Carrie has 2 grown children, 1 grandson and a dog, Chloe. In her free time, Carrie loves live concerts, traveling and playing games with her family. She is excited for the opportunity to get to know her patients and their families and work with them to improve their health.
