Investment Levels

There are four levels of investment that we encourage our sponsoring companies to consider. Each has its own set of appreciation benefits.

Isabela: $1k - $2.49k

  • Logo displayed on the backs of race t-shirts

  • Logo included on printed race registration brochure

  • Logo displayed on official race website

  • Opportunity to provide your company’s marketing materials (such as flyers, coupons, etc.) for registration packets that will be distributed to race participants

  • Opportunity to set-up a booth at the race to promote your company

Jamestown: $2.5k to $4.9k

  • Logo displayed on the backs of race t-shirts

  • Logo included on race registration brochures

  • Logo displayed on official race website and race day event signs

  • One complimentary race registration per $1,000 donated (i.e. $2,000 = 2 race registrations, $3,000 = 3 race registrations, etc.).

  • Opportunity to provide your company’s marketing materials (such as flyers, coupons, etc.) for registration packets that will be distributed to race participants

  • Opportunity to set-up a booth at the race to promote your company

Providence: $5k to $9.9k

  • Logo prominently displayed on the backs of race t-shirts

  • Logo prominently displayed on/within all promotional advertising.

  • Logo displayed on official race website and race day event signs

  • One complimentary race registration per $1,000 donated ($5,000 = 5 race registrations, $6,000 = 6 race registrations, etc.).

  • Opportunity to provide your company’s marketing materials (such as flyers, coupons, etc.) for registration packets that will be distributed to race participants

  • Opportunity to set-up a booth at the race to promote your company

Plymouth: $10k

Exclusive Presenting Sponsor Opportunity

  • Identified on signs at the event as the primary sponsor. For example: “The Annual Say Grace Race presented by “XYZ Company”

  • Logo prominently displayed as the Presenting Sponsor on the backs of race t-shirts, positioned at the top of the shirt above other sponsor logos.

  • Logo prominently displayed on/within all promotional advertising. This may take the form of any of the following: television commercials, billboards, print advertising, race registration brochures, or radio commercials

  • Logo prominently displayed as the Presenting Sponsor on a banner at the race’s finish line

  • Logo on race bibs

  • Logo prominently displayed as the Presenting Sponsor on official race website

  • Opportunity to provide your company’s marketing materials (such as flyers, coupons, etc.) for registration packets that will be distributed to race participants

  • Opportunity to set-up a booth at the race to promote your company

  • Someone from your company will announce the start of the race

  • 10 complimentary race registrations
