Hours of operation

GraceMed Capitol Family Clinic is open on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8am to 5pm.

The clinic has extended hours on Thursdays from 10am to 7pm.

Meet the Capitol Family Team


Holly Blick

Outreach Specialist
Education: University of Missouri Kansas City

Holly became passionate about delivering care to underserved populations during her her time at UMKC-SOD. Her commitment to improving people's access to care and to improving their oral health led her to GraceMed, where she'll expand outreach efforts in Topeka. In her free time, Holly enjoys outdoor activities with her family. She's an active member of the community and in professional organizations, like the Kansas Dental Hygiene Association and the Oral Health Kansas Coalition.


Lance Jepson, DO

Education: Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences

Dr. Jepson enjoys watching the amazing changes children experience from early infancy through the teenage years. He finds it an honor to serve the residents of Kansas and to share the joy of child development with their parents. In his free time, Dr. Jepson likes spending time with his wife and two sons at museums and parks in the Kansas region.


Beverly Miller, APRN

Family Medicine
Education: University of Missouri, Maryville University, East Central College

Beverly joined GraceMed because she liked its faith-based mission. She became a nurse practitioner to help people, and she feels she can do that best at GraceMed.


Susan Winegardner, APRN-C

Family Nurse Practitioner
Education: University of Missouri-Kansas City, Baylor University

Being a nurse practitioner at GraceMed gives Susan the opportunity to do what she loves every day: meeting people, supporting them during their tough times, and showing them Jesus' love. In the care that she provides to families, she offers support to the whole person — body, mind, and spirit. When she's not at work, Susan enjoys being involved in her church, volunteering in community projects, and reading mystery novels.


Rita Zeller, LSCSW

Clinical Social Worker
Education: Kansas State University, Washburn University

Rita feels blessed to be a part of GraceMed, and she looks forward to empowering patients to build resilience in the face of adversity. She believes that our faith is our strongest coping skill and welcomes the opportunity to serve others. Rita lives with her husband and three kids on their family ranch. She enjoys spending time outdoors.
